Primary Responsibilities

  • Solicit new business opportunities and enhance client base by providing value-added financing solutions
  • Manage and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Build a solid credit exposure model, provide timely and accurate pricing and execution of various fixed income derivatives trades
  • Develop strategies to expand market share in derivatives products and to drive business growth
  • Be on top of upcoming deals and ensure the pipeline remains strong
  • Draft and review derivatives documentation including ISDA  
  • Work closely with group companies and drive future expansion of institutional business
  • Represent the company as required by attending industry conferences and events


Candidate Requirements

  • 10-15 years of relevant sales experience in fixed income, currency derivatives and cash products
  • A solid understanding of corporate clients’ needs to establish financing solutions and cross-sell group company’s products
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex swap deal
  •  Possess analytical skills and excellent financial modelling ability
  • Ability to establish a strong network across industry, identify and understand institutional clients’ (asset management, insurance, hedge fund, lease, etc) needs  
  • Ability to work independently to drive growth in bond business in Asia
  • Thorough knowledge in regional regulatory structures and policies
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for trade modelling, Word and PowerPoint for client presentations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
