Overview
Our Client, a Japanese Trading Company, is now seeking for Japanese Speaking Customer service.
Responsibilities
- カスタマーサポート業務全般(対応は全て日本語)
- 日本にいる顧客からの注文やお問合せ対応(主にメール中心)
- 受発注業務、納期管理、在庫管理(倉庫担当者との連絡調整を含む) -その他 資料作成(月次売上集計など)
Requirements
必要スキル：
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel必須)
- 2年以上のカスタマーサポート経験がある方(日系企業での経験者優遇)
- 香港で就業可能なビザをお持ちの方

- 真面目で、協調性のある方
- 長期的に安定して働く意欲のある
