Overview
Our Client, a Japanese Logistics Company is looking for Customer Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all of client's order placement by email and share information internally.
- Coordinate daily shipping details with a customer by phone & email. ・Willingness to talk with same customer timely to share updated information by phone & email.
- Responsible for timely reports to and between customer with internal teams by email & by phone. ・Operate an ecommerce management system time by time.
- Check Excel data if any variance or not by formula.
- Quick correspondence with the warehouse section to find out problem & solution at once by mobile phone is required.
- Output data from system & Make a report by Excel format daily.
- Report to the Japan office by email in order to notice shipping conditions before cargo arrival if needed.
- Phone conversation with the Japan office & report back to customer timely.
- Preparation of monthly invoice data with excel formula.
Requirements
- Working experience in sales or CS position.
- Good Microsoft office(Excel formula) skills is preferred.
- Native level Japanese & good command of English skills.
- Overtime work is required.
- Immediately available is strongly welcomed
- 5 days work (sometime needs to take care of shipping data in Sat)
