ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is in the Information Service industry operating in multiple countries offering business activities, such as consulting services, custom system development, sales & support of software developed in-house, sales & support of software provided by domestic and overseas vendors, outsourcing, operation & maintenance services, IT equipment sales and others.

ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is urgently seeking a Sales Manager with IT Solutions experience/background, stable and mature personality with good communication skills. Know-how in the banking and financial industry will be an advantage.

To be shortlisted for this role, you will need to be able to speak native-level Japanese and business-level English; Mandarin would be a plus.

 

Requirements

 

  • Education background in Computer Science or related specialties is an advantage
  • Min. 3 years of sales experience in IT solutions
  • Native Japanese speaker, business-level English
  • Knowledge in Mandarin is a plus
  • Solid experience in full sales cycle of presales, proposal construction, presentation, documentation, and after-sales support
  • Domain know-how in banking or finance industry is an advantage
  • High EQ, responsive and responsible
  • Team player and individual contributor
  • Self-motivated and quick learner
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and presentation skills

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Permanent/Full-time position, HK-based
  • 30K-40K basic monthly salary (negotiable)
  • Double-pay + twice per year discretionary bonus
  • 5-day week, 9:00~17:30
  • MPF, Medical/Dental insurance, AL days, annual check-up, monthly allowance
