Job Description
To be successful in the role, it is essential that you can demonstrate that you have experiences and technical knowledge in:
- Knowledge of Mandarin language is mandatory (read, write, speak)
- Structured selling
- Basic Sector knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experienced in Inside Sales or Customer Service role
Responsibilities:
- Provides professional and efficient administrative and customer care support through all aspects of servicing and maintaining existing and new customer accounts
- Ensures a smooth and streamlined process as part of the complete customer experience
- Reports to Team Lead/Manager
- Undertaking the bulk of day-to-day account management activities
- Providing telephone-based support to retain, and grow, smaller existing accounts
