As a Manager or Leader of the team, you are expected as a well performed Recruitment Consultant as your first role. As a RC, you would have a responsibility to manage 360 degree role for our customers (clients and candidates).
Following our corporate Philosophy & Policy and JAC way (which is our corporate operational direction), you will be required to work as a role model of our consultants and proactively achieving your own target.
At the same time, you will be expected team management as well. You are required to guide members of the team or to improve team performance by your strong leadership. Not only your own target but also your Team (or Unit) target should be achieved 100%.
- To achieve individual and team Sales target by achieving KPI targets & complying with corporate regulations
- Carry out business development focusing on target sector companies or roles (existing and new) together with members
- Push up team total KPI (“meeting with candidate”, “CV sent” and “Interview of clients”)
- Search for potential candidates and conduct F2F interviews with them and share the information with members
- Understand thoroughly the candidate’s past experiences and future career path and plans, suggest the best matching position available and help the candidate to apply for the post, prepare for the clients’ interview and advise for members
- Manage the progress of both the candidate and the client, assist in negotiation between 2 parties until an agreement is reached and continue to follow up closely with both client and candidate to be settled well
- Consult client companies in charge regarding the overall HR matter
- Degree holder in any majors
- Working experience as a recruitment consultant more than 3 years
- Excellent command of English (Cantonese, Japanese and Mandarin would be a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including professional behaviors and attires)
- Experience as a “mentor” or “Manager”, highly beneficial
- Self-motivated and sense of responsibility toward achievement

- Information Sharing including “Database Management”: We have no candidate ownership and split sales system internally. You must take note about all of customer information into database system and guide members to do so.
- Face to face approach: F2F communication (including VIDEO chat) is highly recommended to establish good relationship between your customers.
