Our client, an international supply chain solution company is urgently looking for a Supplier Support Coordinator to join their group.
- Provides professional and efficient administrative and customer care support through all aspects of servicing and maintaining existing and new customer accounts
- Ensures a smooth and streamlined process as part of the complete customer experience
- Reports to Supplier Account Management Team Lead/Manager
- Knowledge of Mandarin language is mandatory (read, write, speak)
- Structured selling
- Basic Sector knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experienced in Inside Sales or Customer Service role
