Job Description
Job duties:
-
answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
-
maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
-
typing, preparing and collating reports
-
filing
-
organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
-
managing databases
-
prioritizing workloads
-
implementing new procedures and administrative systems
-
liaising with relevant organizations and clients
-
coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
-
logging or processing bills or expenses
-
acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Requirements:
-
Secretarial training and Degree holder is preferable
-
knowledge and experience of relevant software applications including spreadsheets and database management, good command of MS Office
-
At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience
-
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and oral)
-
Team player, attention to details and able to cope with fast pace environment
-
Tact, discretion and diplomacy
- Presentable and willing to learn
