Job Description
Our client, a Hong Kong listed company specialized on EMS industry. They serve many industries including Home Technologies, Medical Devices, Electrical Applicances. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for an In-House Senior/ Recruiter (Assistant Manager) based in Hong Kong/ Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process
- Work closely with functional/business leaders and line managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria
- Provide consultative and operational support to functional/business leaders and line managers on recruitment related activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Provide support and participate in other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives and HR projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business and other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, either from recruitment agency or in-house recruitment
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing industry and China practice is required
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping/tooling, machining, plastics injection, plating and powder metallurgy, would be a plus
- Exposure in identifying and attracting overseas Asia talent is advantageous
- Positive, creative, result-oriented, logical, proactive team player, able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment with resilience
- Good communication skill, able to work with different level of stakeholders, including internal hiring managers and external vendors
- Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English
