- Report to the top management
- Overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the business
- Provide overall direction and implement of business strategies
- In-charge of the daily management and ensure the smooth operation of the HR and Administration Department, including training, payroll calculation, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Overall general management duties related to day-to-day business operations and HR management
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by to management
- Degree holder or above in any related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience preferably in industry of finance
- Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, proactive manner and analytical mind
- Good mature team player with demonstrated leadership skill and competency
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
