Japanese Speaking Senior HR & Admin Officer - Famous Japanese Entertainment Company
Our client, a Famous Japanese Entertainment Company, is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Officer to help their business.
Responsibilities
-
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment, Payroll calculations, MPF, salaries tax, Orientation, Staff records maintenance and etc.

Assist to review and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance
-
Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, group medical insurance renewal and medical check up
-
Provide full spectrum of office administration functions including procurement and replenishment of office supplies, office maintenance and renovation & relocation projects
-
Ensure a good standards of office environment including maintenance, security and cleaning services
-
Support receptionist
-
Provide secretarial supports to Japanese expatriate
-
Handle hotel reservation and air ticket
-
Other ad-hoc project assigned by Manager
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
-
Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit
-
3-4 year(s) solid experience in HR and Administration field
-
Work experience in Japanese Company is an advantage
-
Good command of written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N1), English and Mandarin
-
Good time management, able to work under pressure and work independent
-
Willing to work over-time / during holiday if required.
