【URGENT】Senior HR / Admin Officer

We are now looking for a senior HR / Admin offer to join our Backoffice team in Hong Kong.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to join us as a pre-Manager level (depends on background and experience). We can offer a wide range of experience and career path to be a HR / Admin (Office) Manager.
As a Senior HR/Admin Officer, you will have a responsibility to manage our daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly routine operation smoothly and establish effective way to improve working efficiency together with your colleagues in Backoffice team and junior member.
Your job includs; HR, office management, IT support, sales support and some ad-hoc work

Degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 5 years relevant experience (working at small sized entity is beneficial)
Excellent command of English and Cantonese (not mandate for other language such as Japanese and Mandarin, however you can use them if you would like to do so)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience as a “mentor” is highly beneficial
Self-motivated toward wide range of roles and responsibility
