THE JOB

We are seeking to hire a Sales Manager/Expansion Manager or Partnership Manager. The person, who takes one of the positions, will be based either in Hong Kong or in Taipei.

The Sales Manager / Expansion Manager

The Partnership Manager acquires, develops and grows the partner network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage the day to day relationship with strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.


Responsibilities

The Sales Manager / Expansion Manager

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Previous experience with travel, e-commerce, and retail industries is a big plus!
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience. Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus!
  • Show us that “you’ve got what it takes” to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • Extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO and SEM agencies
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities, with positive and energetic phone skills and exquisite listening skills. Alas, we’ve got clients all over the world!
  • Be a self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search of savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients
  • Cherish one of our core ethos: care. You’ll need to care for our clients and make sure they feel at home with our products and our around the clock support
  • Superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
  • Passion for testing, measuring and improving outreach and follow up the effectiveness
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment as well as high emotional intelligence

Partnerships Manager

  • Work with their global offices to continually improve their partnership practice, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
  • Manage your pipeline and generate leads for global offices and for the partner network.
  • Support Partnership Manager for the partner onboarding process and update about partnership processes of global offices.
  • Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion to the partners end clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success Team.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and present the Partner Programme.
  • Become an expert on our platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product road map, and company vision.
  • Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices, get updates, satisfy needs, manage, and encourage them for the deployment of the Partner Programme.

Requirements

Sales Manager / Expansion Manager

  • Handling overall responsibility for managing the sales, achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics;
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads;
  • Providing feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
  • Accurate forecasting and maintaining an up to date pipeline at all times.
  • Fluent English and Chinese-Mandarin

Partnerships Manager

  • 2+years of experience with partner/agency development and management
  • Previous experience working with digital agencies and consultancies
  • High-level of business acumen
  • Fluent in SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners and customers
  • Direct sales experience
  • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
  • Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to succeed in working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.
  • Fluent English and Chinese-Mandarin
