• Demonstrate leadership in “Plan to make Plan”.
• Ensure client demand planning input accuracy to meet supply needs.
• Manage and lead the team to ensure that proper training, resources & support are provided and that there is alignment and attainment of goals.
• Maintain and execute a Sales Pipeline.
• Provide leadership/mentorship and business acumen to the relevant Markets.
• Solidify and enforce a specification model that ensures design/development support activities see a full return on investment.
･13+ years working under apparel industry
･5+ years people management
･Must be able to communicate in English with native English speakers, Taiwanese, Chinese and Japanese (required to use Japanese in some occasions)
･Prioritization and closing of opportunities
･Ability to work as a team
･Experience in technical selling to fast moving consumer goods markets
･Able to build/maintain strong customer relationship
･Proven track record of growing revenue
