Job Description
Due to strong growth and demand in the market for our services, we are currently looking to hire a Sales Assistant to support our Consultants and Administration. There is a definite career track for those interested in working in recruitment (either as Consultant or in Administration).
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Consultants for data recording
- Assist to ensure Consultants are following company policies and practices
- Arrange courier services on behalf of company
- General Administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and decorum
- Help with IT related duties and coordinate with IT Team in Singapore head office
- Help organize company events such as company gatherings and annual dinner
- Other ad-hoc projects and task
- Receptionist duty such as pick up general line phone calls and greeting guests
- Immediately available is an advantage
Requirements
- Associate Degree or above
- Welcome fresh graduates
- Good command and verbal skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organized and result driven
- Good at prioritizing work and meet deadlines
- Outgoing personality
