My client, a Japanese trading MNC, is looking for a Sales Administrator for their expanding business.
- Follow up orders with suppliers, customers, overseas office and internal dept, update information for shipment and updating internal system "SAP"
- Responsible for I/E documents, logistics arrangement, courier shipment arrangement, custom declaration
- General admin and clerical support for the division, e.g. car booking, meeting room booking, expense claims, arrange hotel booking and business trips, etc.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma or above in commercial studies or related disciplines
- 3-5yrs relevant working experience
- Experience in SAP system
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good command of MS Office and Chinese typing
