Job Description
Our client, a famous multinational electronic company known for their electronic components, modules and materials is looking for a Regional compensation and benefit manager.
*Location: Sheung Shui, 5 days work, stationed in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Develop C&B analytics to provide data to HR and business leaders
- Manage C&B team for the region to measure their performance and get feedback on how they can improve
- Design and implement compensation and benefits solution to meet business and organization needs
- Give HR and business leaders advice on incentives dimention
- Support ISO, environmental, health and safety management systems by following policies and procedures
Requirements
- Only Japanese speakers will be considered for the role
- 8+ years of experience in C&B
- 3 years of experience managing people
- Good knowledge and experience in SAP and online job evaluation systems
- Experience with HRIS
- Knowledge with labor law and regulations
