Our client, an international financial institution is seeking a high calibre candidate to join their professional team.
- Perform reception and general office administrative duties
- Handle incoming calls, guest greeting, mailing and courier arrangements, data entry, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies etc.
- Work closely with colleagues from other departments, and provide assistance and support when necessary
- Assist in ad-hoc projects upon request
