Our client is a globally operating consultancy firm. They are specialized in and provide a wide range of IT & Business services, including IT Management, Business Intelligence, Business Transformation and Process Re-engineering, SAP, CRM, HCM, SCM, FMC, IoT, Digital Marketing, and more.

ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in the IT/Business/Consultancy field. Based in Hong Kong, with occasional business trips to Shenzhen, the ideal candidate has more than 5 years of relevant work experience, can work well independently and in a team, and speaks English, Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and preferably (but not a must) Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client meetings - prepare proposal and deliver informative presentations
  • Develop Hong Kong market as a team
  • Perform pre-sales duties, study and gather clients' prerequisite requirements before meetings to ensure what client needs
  • Attend meetings in Shenzhen to handle projects and work with sales team

Key Requirements

  • 5+ Project management experience; able to lead project and project team (candidates with higher experience will also be considered)
  • IT consulting background is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP modules is a big plus
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, business transformation, digital transformation implementation (preferred)
  • Experience handling customers is a must
  • Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); Japanese would be a big plus
  • Travel to Shenzhen occasionally up to 2-3 times per week (but depending on actual projects)
