Job Description
Our client, a Financial Services information provider focusing on the alternative assets industry’s leading source of data and intelligence, is currently seeking a candidate to join its operation team in its Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing conference calls starting from the creation of the invite, creating an email distribution list, and managing the logistics of the event
- Assist with the internal marketing of conference calls and transcripts so that the main distribution channels are able to sell the product
- Assisting with marketing initiatives in order to increase awareness of the product with clients and prospects
- Collecting, documenting and reporting on feedback and usage patterns, and communicate relevant information to improve systems and processes
- Actively identify areas where data analysis can enhance the business and take the lead in projects to completion
- Develop reports and dashboards to empower users with useful data
Qualifications:
- Organisational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Ability to solv problems, collect data, analyse data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality;
- Ability to deal with multitasking efficiently and effectively;
- Building relationships through interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel)
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience with strong academic record
