Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to support technical tickets of all Incident and Fault at Customer’s NOC.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve the incidents and problem tickets within SLA
  • Assist in recruiting and selection of hiring new staff.
  • Assist in onboarding of new staff, including ensuring that all needed training is provided.
  • Prepare the shift Roster
  • Prepare the monthly report and hold the monthly meeting with the customers
  • Handle difficult customer inquiries and complaints
  • Perform Advanced Level Troubleshooting & Analysis of complex problem
  • Interacts effectively with Cisco TAC, Vendor TAC and Engineering to solve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams of Customer, Cisco teams to deliver improved Operations KPI
  • Share knowledge to the team member’s and participate in the various training programs

Requirements

  • University Degree holder in IT or relevant course
  • Hands on experience on Design, implementation and administration on Openstack based IaaS cloud platforms, 4 years Solid experience on supporting Openstack, Linux and Windows.
  • Familiar with open source OpenStack architecture, deployment and operation and maintenance, more than 1 year of relevant projects and operation and maintenance experience
  • Ability to formulate and deliver complex presentations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, cross-functional environment
  • Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong presentation and communications skills
  • Key involvement with cross-functional teams to resolve major customer issues
  • Have strong time management skills
