Global Company Operation / Administration / Secretary - Consulting Firm
Our client, a professional consulting firm, now is looking for a high caliber candidate as below.
Responsibilities:

Implement, review and update company policies and procedures regularly to ensure that they are in compliance with statutory requirements.

Liaise with internal and external parties for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company statutory records for Hong Kong and offshore companies

Assist in the incorporation/ deregistration of companies and bank account opening
-
Perform ad-hoc project and assignment
-
Handle general office administrative work including IT administration tasks
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business/ corporate governance or other related disciplines;
-
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. Proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage
-
Knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other statutory regulations
