Job Description
Our client, a famous multinational private jet chartering company known for their Chartering Service on Private Jet, Cargo Aircraft and other services is looking for an Office Manager.
*Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, 5-days work
Responsibilities
Administration
- Co-ordinate, organize and implement meetings
- Arrange meeting rooms and arrange taxis when needed
- Produce travel itineary
- Research travel prices
- Maintain smart appearance of the office/meeting rooms
Human Resources
- Use different platforms and services to fulfill vacancies.
- Schedule interviews and arrange interviews by screening CVs
- Collect all documents back from new employees and send copies to HR
- Raise purchase orders for vacancy postings and send to HR
- Arrange all documents and training schedules for the new joiners
- Create and write job adverts for posting
Finance
- Enter invoices from accounts
- Print invoices and post
Requirements
- People Management
- Administrative, Office Manager and/or PA Experience
- A Degree in a related filed to business administration
