Our client, a famous multinational private jet chartering company known for their Chartering Service on Private Jet, Cargo Aircraft and other services is looking for an Office Manager.

*Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, 5-days work 

Responsibilities  

Administration

  • Co-ordinate, organize and implement meetings
  • Arrange meeting rooms and arrange taxis when needed 
  • Produce travel itineary
  • Research travel prices
  • Maintain smart appearance of the office/meeting rooms 

Human Resources 

  • Use different platforms and services to fulfill vacancies. 
  • Schedule interviews and arrange interviews by screening CVs
  • Collect all documents back from new employees and send copies to HR
  • Raise purchase orders for vacancy postings and send to HR 
  • Arrange all documents and training schedules for the new joiners 
  • Create and write job adverts for posting

Finance

  • Enter invoices from accounts
  • Print invoices and post

Requirements

  • People Management
  • Administrative, Office Manager and/or PA Experience
  • A Degree in a related filed to business administration
