Our client, an expanding international digital marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant / Specialist to help their growing business.


The role will start with heavy focus on Content & Market Research and less focus on Performance Marketing. On-the-job training will be provided.


  • Audit content for client’s owned digital channels, including but not limited to social media platforms and websites to ensure effective communication from the brand to end consumers

  • Create content for social media platforms, websites and write appealing ad copies for promotional offers to drive marketing results

  • Translate websites with localized content while maintaining the tone of voice of the brand

  • Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and efficient keywords for SEO

  • Edit/create meta and onsite content for SEO

Market Research:

  • Research for the latest digital marketing trends and come up with best practice recommendations for our clients

  • Conduct on-going competitive analysis across all digital channels including search, display, social, PR

  • Identify new market opportunities and come up with marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive success for clients

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and activate paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social, programmatic ads) to achieve marketing KPIs

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance ongoingly

  • Gather digital marketing performance data from Google Analytics or other analytics platforms to perform analysis

Account Management:

  • Support Account Managers in planning and execution of digital marketing activities

  • Manage day to day communication with external parties including clients and business partners

  • Report on the performance of different digital channels and provide campaign insights


  • Native / full professional level proficiency in Japanese, business level in written and spoken English
  • Strong interest in digital marketing / advertising
  • Experience in related industry is NOT required, but MUST have strong interest and willingness to learn
  • Passionate about travel / B2B and interested in hospitality or technology / software industry
