Our client, a renowned media MNC, is looking for a Native Japanese Speaking candidate for their expanding business.


  • Communicate with global customers in both written and spoken Japanese and English 
  • Answer queries related to products via email, webchat and phone
  • Provide basic troubleshooting of customers technical issues and further escalate the case to technical support team
  • Maintain excellent customer service for all support queries
  • Ensure all relevant procedures are followed from beginning to resolution
  • Communicate with different internal departments to ensure escalated case are handled correctly
  • Cooperate with worldwide customer care team members 
  • Reflect customer feedback to Product team


  • Native Japanese speaker with strong business fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, willing to learn new technical systems and applications
  • Customer service experience is not a must but is a big advantage. Previous experience in hospitality, airline and tourism are welcome
  • Positive, flexible, good team player
  • May require to work on weekends or public holidays if necessary (work from home)
