Our client is the manufacturing company, specailized  in mechanical/ industrial products. They serve many industries including Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Building Automation, Home Technologies, Medical Devices, Power Tools. Due to rapid expansion, they are  looking for a Manufacturing System Implementation Manager.

Responsibilities:   

  • To integrate the MES applications and the EPICOR ERP systems
  • To develop, maintain, debug, test, implement and manage the process of manufacturing application system
  • To identify potential quality problems, characterize failures and establish new technology solutions for improving plant processes and support system infrastructure, including virtual servers, data storage and networking
  • To utilize and adapt a variety of methodologies, policies and procedures defined to maximize application development time and consistency
  • To apply customer objectives in the defined architecture
  • To support sales department by providing software demonstrations and creating effort estimations for engineering work
  • To control the quality of MES applications in order to capture manual and automated quality related database
  • To conduct SPC analysis, prepare system-related reports and proposals including Oracle DB and procedures/packages
  • To liaise with internal IT and Engineering team on daily issue resolving and customers for defining system requirements and architect solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT/Systems experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft development tools (C#, .NET, VB), EPICOR system, Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and Web Services
  • Sound knowledge in SQLServer and Oracle DB SQL, change management guidelines and protocols
  • Experience in manufacturing sector and familiar with ZPL for bartender software are advantages
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to support and deliver complex solutions
  • Frequent travel to PRC
  • Immediate available is preferred
