Manager or Assistant Manager for Product Marketing ( Japanese F&B Comapany)
Our client( Japanese F&B Comapany)is seeking Manager or Assistant Manager for Product Marketing in Hong Kong.
Food product development & market trend analysis
FMCG marketing + Food industry
Conduct analysis to understand market trend and product performance so as to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and development.
Involve in developing strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch.
Lead & monitor product development & renovation projects and coordinate with internal parties for project progress so as to ensure deadlines are met.
Plan & drive marketing activities to achieve business targets and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities.
Compile regular reports and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects.
At least 5 years FMCG marketing experience with at least 2 years of which at supervisory level.
Experience in food product development is a definite advantage.
Hands-on experience in product design and manufacturing working environment.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
Applicants with more relevant experience can be considered as Manager-Marketing.
