Leasing Officer【up to 20K ×13+Discretionary Bonus】
Our client, foodservice company is looking for candidates for the Leasing Officer role.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for all leasing activities such as identifying potential sites to cope with the expansion plan of the company, undertaking leasing negotiation for both potential and existing shops.
. Process all documentation related such as administration on tenancy agreement and all other handover formalities and completion
. Build good relationship with existing and potential landlord and developer
. Plan and implement leasing strategy to cope with the vision and goal of the company
. Conduct market research, analyze date and compile various reports
. Work closely with all relevant parties for the design of new site and the whole renovation project
. Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned by the management
Requirements:
MUST
. F.5 or above
. 1-2+ years of experiences leasing related experiences (such as store development, property management experiences etc...)
. Cantonese (Native), English
*Leasing experiences in the food service industry would be a strong advantage
*Japanese skills would be an advantage
