Overview

Our client is looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Care Assistant for their expanding online luxury fashion business.


Responsibilities

  • Connecting and support customers via phone and email
  • Working collaboratively across the business and team to solve problems
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, faulty returns process, complaints from the site
  • Updating customers regularly on any ongoing queries
  • Any other duties as requested

Requirements

  • Native Korean Speaker or Korean speaker with TOPIK Level 6, fluent in written and spoken Korean
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work flexible shift patterns
  • Passionate in luxury fashion brands and keen to learn
  • Applicants must hold the right to work in Hong Kong, visa sponsor change is available
  • Good in problem solving, face pace, independent
