Responsibilities
• Receive the pick-up order and handle general inquiry from Korean client by phone & email
• Coordinate and support air export / import operation, sales section as per standard operation procedure
• Maintain effective communication with client and overseas agent
• Enter data & prepare documentation for courier, air export / import shipment
Requirements
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
• Microsoft excel and words processing, accurate typing skill
• Good command of spoken and written Korean, English and Chinese
