Our Client, a Japanese Electronics Company, is now seeking for Technical Support position.
-Provide and conduct technical training to the distributors and their existing clients.
-Problem solving and troubleshooting to customers and provide front line support.
-Before and After sales technical account servicing which include proactive calling and review usage problems, customer visit.
-Client visit and traveling may be required.
-Diploma holder in Electronic or related Disciplines;
-Above 1 year relevant working experience;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Excellent customer facing and presentation skills, writing and quantitative skills;
-Good in English, Chinese, Mandarin and Japanese
