Our client, a prestigious securities firm, is looking for a Sales Assistant in the Equity Team. 


  • General administrative tasks (Clerical, Inventory, Record Keeping, Scheduling)
  • Arrange meetings and calls for analysts/overseas staff
  • Ensure all business activity provided is on record in line with the departmental policies and procedures
  • Liaise with other business units in HK office and Global Equity teams based in Tokyo, Singapore, London, Frankfurt, New York, and San Francisco
  • Assist with general client inquiries
  • Handle business travel arrangement and relevant expense claims
  • Assist in all ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Department
  • Provide back-up support to the Corporate Access team for IR events


  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the banking and finance industry will be a huge advantage
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluent English and Japanese (Chinese will be an advantage)
  • Business hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Follow Japan holiday schedule
