Our Client, a famous Japanese logistics company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle general inquiries from customers by phone calls & emails
- Coordinate and support air export / import operation and sales section
- Liaise with customers and overseas agents
- Data input & preparation of documentations
Requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above
- 2 years relevant experience in air/ courier freight forwarding
- Good command of spoken and written Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
