Job Description

Our Client, a famous Japanese logistics company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer.


  • Handle general inquiries from customers by phone calls & emails
  • Coordinate and support air export / import operation and sales section
  • Liaise with customers and overseas agents
  • Data input & preparation of documentations


  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • 2 years relevant experience in air/ courier freight forwarding
  • Good command of spoken and written Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
