Utilize your Japanese language ability in Multi-national working environment.

日本およびアジアの顧客からの問い合わせに対応頂きます。
具体的には、
Delivers service and support in response to Japanese inquiries, requests andconcerns using phone, email, chat and social media.
Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care from start-to-finish
Working Hours: 9 hours a day, 5 days a week (8:30 AM ~ 8 PM)

<必須要件>
- ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語力
- 何らかの顧客対応経験(CS, 接客, 営業など)
<歓迎要件>
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- カスタマーサービス経験
