Our client is looking for a Client solution executive.



  • Assisting the Client Solutions to generate an increase in core subscriber base and consultancy/advisory services
  • Planning and coordinating marketing activities, such as events and training sessions, both online and in person(either internal or external)
  • Venue co-ordination for events(training courses, seminars and internal functions) such as sourcing venues, negotiating contracts etc
  • Supporting public relations activities
  • Ensuring that document and process management templates are up to date
  • Preparing proposals for potential clients
  • Targeting potential clients
  • Participate in product, service and survey awareness and sales campaigns amongst target client base
  • Ensuring that client details remain up to date and accurate in our Database/CRM system implementing marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Working with counterparts in Business Development departments at HQ and other regional offices to ensure consistency of BD strategy, ensure best practice and maximize global leads



  • Business development experience in a business to business environment
  • Sales experience including working to specific sales targets
  • Experience of selling solutions/knowledge-based products
  • Strong project management, administrative and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work under time pressure
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Fluent written and oral English as well as Japanese
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
