Job Description
Our Client, a Japanese Chain Restaurant is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Japanese Speaking Admin/HR staff.
Requirements
- 1-2 working experience in Admin/HR
- Familiar with Recruitment or Labour Law is highly preferred
- Good command in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Mandarin and English is a must
- Excellent communication skills and team player
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment processes such as interview arrangement, documents preparation, training, etc.
- Handle employee benefits such as medical and leave applications
- Translate documentation
- Assist in human resources duties
- Responsible for general office administration tasks
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
