IT Helpdesk Officer (Chinese famous financial firm)
We are looking for a IT Office for our client, a reputable financial company.
Responsibilities:

Handle helpdesk service and user support (PC, server, network, O365)

Offer first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation

Perform user ID administration and operation
-
Manage daily operation on servers, server room and IT infrastructure
-
Support general administrative works and develop as well as maintain system documentation
-
Assist IT project operation, maintain IT software/hardware inventory and records; coordinate with internal users and external vendors
-
Daily system backup, report generation and distribution
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years experiences in IT area, experience in SQL and software development is a plus
-
Candidate with experiences in non-finance and working experiences in vendors are also welcomed

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
