Job Description

Our client is a Commercial Bank. They are looking a candidate for their Human Resources Manager.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various reports to fulfill different requirements from Headquarters, regulators and control departments
  • Assist in staff cost planning and headcount planning activities
  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to HR policies review, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management
  • Organize staff relations activities, staff training and other corporate social responsibilities functions
  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives

 

 

Requirements: 

 

 

  • University degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • 5 years+ experience in staff budgeting, performance appraisal management and/or HR project management, preferable in Chinese banks / financial institutions
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
