HR executive at famous Japanese Cosmetic company/Retail industry
Our client, a MNC company is looking for a sales engineer
Perform full spectrum of end to end recruitment process, C&B functions and related HR system management
Maintain accurate staff record, leave record and filling etc.
Provide support to the team and facilitate different kinds of employee activities;
Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or equivalent;
2-3 years working experience in payroll processing & HR functions;
Experience in retail industry is an advantage;
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances;
Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot table), Chinese word processing;
Good command of English and Cantonese;
A pleasant team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to work independently, stable, responsible and positive;
Immediately or short notice is highly preferable.
