HR Officer - Entry Level
Our Client, a Japanese Office Equipment Company is seeking for HR officer to help their business.
Responsibilities
【Reports and documents】
- Attendance and Leaves reports (if any)
- Philosophy Seminar report to group company
- Organization Chart
- Outstanding payment(bills, tax, etc.)
- Debit notes - Expenses 5S allocation
- Company Notice
【Particular jobs】
- Medical Insurance Record
- Trip Allowance application checking
- Payroll calculation
- MPF document preparation
- Training co-ordination
- New join staff registration, orientation
- Co. propety management (Philosophy booklets, locker keys, etc.)
Requirements
【Must】
- 2-3 years Admin or HR experience
- Cantonese, English and Mandarin, Japanese is not must but preferred
【Want】
- Working in a Japanese company or studying abroad in Japan or interested in Japan
