Job Description
Our Client, a Japanese company is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of HR Officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employment movement formalities, employee relations, personnel data reporting & analysis
- Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and projects
- Work with external service vendors and consultants
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5 years relevant work experience
- Experience in sizable Japanese companies is preferred
- Well-versed in employment-related regulations of HK & PRC
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application
- Fluent in Cantonese,English and Mandarin
