HR Manager / F&B / Restaurant
Our Client, a Company of F&B industry, is now seeking for the position of HR Manager.
• Provide full range of HR services, recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations etc.
• Review, formulate and implement HR policies, ensure the compliance of Employment Ordinance, and keep abreast with the latest HR trend of the industry
• Ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legal regulations in Hong Kong, Macau
• Interpersonal skill, detail oriented and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
