Our client, an apparel manufacturer is looking for a HR Manager (Stationed in Zhongshan) to join their group.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Department Head in full spectrum of HR functions as a Business Partner including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations strategies to attract, retain and motivate staff
  • Manage the recruitment & selection process and take overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Provide operational and administrative support to business units on manpower related matters
  • Liaise closely with business units to understand their needs and provide professional services
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 6 years HR all-rounded generalist experience, with focus on talent acquisition (PRC) will be an advantage
  • Positive mind-set, multi-tasked, passion in garment industry and ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Tactful and with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Putonghua is a must
  • Experienced in factory is preferred
