- Manage online market research projects
- Trouble shoot throughout the project

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Able to speak Native level Japanese with Business level English
- Experience with customer service and passion for revenue and growth
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- An interest in developing Account Management skills
- Must be eager to learn
