Job Description

Job Duties

  • Manage online market research projects
  • Trouble shoot throughout the project 
  • Remain and build long lasting relationships with clients 
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure onboarding and handover 
  • Update customer information by working together with the sales team
  • Contribute to ongoing systems and process improvements.


  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Able to speak Native level Japanese with Business level English 
  • Experience with customer service and passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  •  An interest in developing Account Management skills
  • Must be eager to learn
