- Develop channel strategy & formulate business plan
- Handle end to end ordering process from corporate customers
- Prepare and manage related document to record all conversations and actions between team and customers
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate and efficient solutions so as to reach the service level agreement
- Provide efficient and customer-focused service to meet customers' needs and exceed expectations
- Perform service and case review and prepare related reports to measure and improve the service level standard
- Degree holder or above in business administration or related disciplines
- 5 years’ above experience in providing customer service for machine industry
- Customer oriented with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work Independently
