<Urgent> Customer Relationship Administrator - Rapidly Growing Japanese Company
Responsibilities

Represent the corporation in a professional, courteous manner via email, phone and messenger.

Respond to customer complaints and inquiries from members by phone, email and social network.

Determine appropriate investigation, solution of complaints.
-
Provide feedback to management or co-worker in order to promote a continual improvement of ABC Cooking Studio’s member service delivery.

Manage and update the customer relation policies in line with the company standard.
-
Ensure all complaint cases are logged on the ticket system and raised for colleague’s awareness in order to appropriately response to the issue.

Analysis of customer needs or complaints and complete the report to senior management
Requirements
-
Diploma Holder or above
-
With minimum 2 years working experience
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
-
Proficient in PC skills
-
Positive working attitude
-
Work independent, detail-minded and self-motivated
-
Good command of both English and Chinese
-
Immediate availability is preferable
