<Urgent> Customer Relationship Administrator - Rapidly Growing Japanese Company

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Represent the corporation in a professional, courteous manner via email, phone and messenger.

  • Respond to customer complaints and inquiries from members by phone, email and social network.

  • Determine appropriate investigation, solution of complaints.

  • Provide feedback to management or co-worker in order to promote a continual improvement of ABC Cooking Studio’s member service delivery.

  • Manage and update the customer relation policies in line with the company standard.

  • Ensure all complaint cases are logged on the ticket system and raised for colleague’s awareness in order to appropriately response to the issue.

  • Analysis of customer needs or complaints and complete the report to senior management

 

 

 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Diploma Holder or above

  • With minimum 2 years working experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficient in PC skills

  • Positive working attitude

  • Work independent, detail-minded and self-motivated

  • Good command of both English and Chinese

  • Immediate availability is preferable
