Our client, an international e-commerce supply chain company is urgently looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their group.



  • Making outgoing calls daily and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion
  • Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors
  • Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues & suggestions relating to the running of the sales team
  • Carry out any additional duties as requested
  • Work within a framework of corporate standards and policies




  • Work permit to allow work in Hong Kong
  • Previous experience is not essential but experience of telephone sales or customer service environment is desirable
  • A working knowledge of MSOffice, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of CRM
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail.
  • Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning.
  • Logical thought.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Confident and pleasant manner.
  • Flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Fluent Thai and OR Mandarin - Essential
