Job Description
Our client, an international e-commerce supply chain company is urgently looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their group.
Responsibilities
- Making outgoing calls daily and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion
- Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors
- Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
- Achieving monthly revenue targets
- Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues & suggestions relating to the running of the sales team
- Carry out any additional duties as requested
- Work within a framework of corporate standards and policies
Requirements
- Work permit to allow work in Hong Kong
- Previous experience is not essential but experience of telephone sales or customer service environment is desirable
- A working knowledge of MSOffice, Outlook, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of CRM
- Accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning.
- Logical thought.
- Good listening skills.
- Confident and pleasant manner.
- Flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent Thai and OR Mandarin - Essential
