Job Description

Our Client, a renowned Chinese Securities firm, is urgently looking for a Legal professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum of legal and compliance advice & support to all businesses of the Company but not limited to securities brokerage, corporate finance and asset management businesses, direct investments, new business initiatives and corporate governance etc
  • Draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements
  • Liaise with external parties on various corporate exercises
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across the Company
  • To perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years or above experience gained from financial institutions; Chinese based securities firm and PRC exposure would definitely an advantage
  • IPO exposure is a must
  • Relevant experiences in brokerage/asset management companies/banks with Types 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 9 licenses is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
  • Strong sense of responsibility, Independent, initiative & problem-solving skills
  • Professional presentation and report writing skill
