Job Description

Our client, an APAC securities with more than 300 headcounts in HK is now actively seeking for a CS Supervisor/AM to join the team. Reporting to a CS manager and leading a small team, you will be acting as a deputy manger of the team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the center and ensure the service standard is up to the company standard. You will be also in charge of handling various inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. 


To qualify, you must be:

  • At least 5 years experiences in Call Center with Finance of Banking industry
  • Experiences in investment products such as Insurances and Securities is highly preferred
  • Candidate must be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
